RIDE RALEIGH​

RIDE (INTERVALS)

Our high-intensity interval ride.

 

Party on the bike.  Get ready to climb, jog, sprint and recover in an epic class that expertly uses the music to deliver the ultimate cycling experience.  

RIDE (TRAIN)

Our training ride.

Pedaling for a purpose.  Get intentional and focused with various levels of intensity to target different zones of physical exertion.  Train smart to increase your overall fitness level over time and have a blast doing it.   

 

RIDE (RESET)

Our mid-intensity ride.  

 

Steady and controlled.  Get cozy in your mid-level zones with surprise pushes to your sweet spot.  Created for indoor cyclists, this class targets your upper end of aerobic fitness.   While this can be a recovery ride, don't let the name fool you - you will still work!

 

RUN RALEIGH

RUN (INTERVALS)

Our high-intensity interval run.

 

Party on the road or tread.  Get ready to hit short and long intervals, progressions and sustained race pace pushes (with plenty of time to recover) in one epic class. Music is used expertly  to deliver the ultimate running experience.  

RUN (TRAIN)

Our training run.

 

Running for a goal or a race?  Get intentional and focused with various levels of intensity to target different zones of physical exertion.  Train smart to increase your overall fitness level over time and yeah, have a blast doing it.   

RUN (RESET)

Our mid-intensity run.  

 

 Every runner needs a shakeout run. A chance to reset and refocus.  Steady and controlled.  Get cozy in your tempo zones with a few pushes  to keep your muscles ready. While this can be treated as a recovery run, don't let the name fool you - you will still work!

 

RUN (CLUB)

Our outdoor run.  

 

 Fresh air.  Local landscapes.  Get out of the house and enjoy the great outdoors.   Our expert run coaches will guide you through Raleigh's crazy fun running terrains.
